They are not statements of objective fact, professional advice, official inspections, safety certifications, or guarantees of quality.

5. Ratings, Recommendations, and Radar Placement

RocketCityRadar uses curator ratings, notes, and editorial judgment to place venues on radars. Radar placement, rankings, ratings, scores, descriptions, and recommendations are subjective.

A venue’s appearance on the website does not guarantee that you will have the same experience. Your experience may vary based on timing, staffing, weather, availability, pricing, service quality, personal preference, safety conditions, and other factors outside our control.

A higher rated venue, a venue closer to the center of a radar, or a venue described positively by RocketCityRadar should not be interpreted as a guarantee, warranty, certification, or promise.

6. Not Yet Rated Venues

Some venues may appear on RocketCityRadar before they have been visited, reviewed, or rated by our curators. These venues may be marked with a question mark or labeled as not yet rated.

Not yet rated venues are included as places we are tracking. They are not recommendations, endorsements, or ratings. Users should independently evaluate and verify those venues before visiting or relying on the listing.

7. No Relationship With Listed Venues Unless Stated

Unless expressly stated, RocketCityRadar is independent from the venues, businesses, organizations, and events listed on the website.

A listing on RocketCityRadar does not mean that a venue has approved, sponsored, endorsed, requested, verified, or paid for the listing. A listing also does not mean that RocketCityRadar has any partnership, agency relationship, employment relationship, franchise relationship, or formal affiliation with the listed venue.

Paid promotion does not guarantee a favorable rating, review, ranking, or radar placement unless clearly identified as advertising or sponsored content.

9. Curator Opinions

Curator notes, journal posts, ratings, descriptions, and recommendations reflect the personal views and experiences of the individual curators or RocketCityRadar editorial team.

Opinions may differ among curators and users. A negative, neutral, or lower rating is not intended to harm any business. It reflects a subjective experience or editorial judgment at the time of review.

18. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that material on RocketCityRadar infringes your copyright, send a notice containing:
